“Saw a story about a gentleman named Kenneth Chenault, who had been named CEO and American Express, and then the article, it had mentioned that he was something like the only the third African American male to be named CEO of a Fortune 500 company, and the light bulb went off, you know what, that's your mission, recruit diversity into companies that some of the higher levels, so or at least I have some impact there.”
