Lizeth: "I am very one on one with my team. I always like to share with them the attributes that I see that they're great at, the things that they need to work on and as well I like to give them a space where they can also give me feedback on how I can improve and what tools I can give them so that they can effective in their jobs."
Lizeth: "I think most entrepreneurs come in, they're wearing so many different hats and the most important hat is the CEO hat and to do that you have to create freedom in your business. To create freedom, you have to delegate."
Lizeth: "Understand your brand really well. Understand who you're marketing to, understand what the vision of your brand is because it will always come back to that. As your brand grows, you're gonna have people that are gonna question it. You're gonna have some that may not believe in it as much so you always have to be your biggest cheerleader, your number one fan."
