QUOTES
Luis: "I went through different stages of leadership, but every stage taught me something new. It taught me to be adaptable and understand that no matter where you go, it's always about the people. Regardless of what business organization or anything you are in, you always gotta treat people as people first before anything else."
Luis: "The biggest thing that keeps people from actually qualifying for a home is credit. And that's just because people don't realize that they have to monitor their credit up until they are ready to buy and then they realize that their credit isn't where it used to be."
Luis: "If you're planning to buy a house, you should probably start looking at your credit, your income, your assets about two years out and figuring out the stuff you need to do in order to buy a house. Don't wait until the day that you're ready to buy a house. Do it prior to, and be ready to buy a house when the time comes."
